About U in Butte
The U in Butte newsletter was created to start a larger conversation about programs and events covering issues regarding diversity, equity and inclusion within the community. This bi-annual newsletter hopes to spark campus engagement with equity while establishing a platform to speak, educate and act on what is happening in the Butte College community. Within the articles, you will find diverse voices and experiences that cover people and events on campus.
At the beginning of the 2022 spring semester, Butte IDEA Officer Tray Robinson enlisted the help of interns from Tehama Group Communications, Chico State's student PR agency, to create a diverse and inclusive newsletter.
Throughout the semester the U in Butte team rebranded the IDEA social media platforms. Pop over to Instagram and Twitter to join our conversation regarding current and engaging topics. We hope you enjoy reading U in Butte, and be sure to follow us on our social media at @Buttecollegeidea and @Butteidea.
